Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. Retail (Excess Stock) Orders Returns are accepted only for eligible items purchased from our Retail (Excess Stock) section and shipped within India.

• Return window: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Non-returnable items: Items marked as final sale/clearance, and products that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery.
• Size/Color: Please review size and color selection carefully before placing the order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Request a Return

Refunds If approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account details you provide. Make to Order Enquiries Make to Order items are manufactured based on your requirements and are handled through enquiry. Returns do not apply to Make to Order enquiries.
